Women's Inc. is a magazine "By Women, For Women, About Women in central Arkansas. Produced monthly since 2004, with a combination of award-winning feature writing, service journalism, local shopping guides and home design, Women's Inc. is the definitive resource and indispensable guide for women in Conway and Faulkner County. We cover the people, lifestyle, culture, entertainment, fashion, art, homes, and news that affect the women in central Arkansas.

EDITORIAL

Editor Lori Quinn
Lori joined Women's Inc. magazine in 2008. In her first year, the magazine was nominated and won the prestigious statewide award for the best coverage of issues relating to business women by the Arkansas Business and Professional Women's Society of Arkansas. Under her tenure, Lori has brought the magazine to a level many magazines aspire. Reaching over 45,000 readers monthly, Women's Inc. has positioned itself as a reliable source of inspiration and information in central Arkansas. Lori has brought her extensive knowledge of retail and community service to Women's Inc. Lori was the owner of Ed Camp's, the well-known men's clothing store formerly in downtown Conway, plus she is a member of the board directors for the Conway Symphony Orchestra, first chair of the Symphony Designer House, a Friend of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), a member of the Conway Downtown Partnership board, and a member of the Conway Area of Commerce board of directors. Lori's relationship with the philanthropic community and Conway's retail businesses is invaluable to Women's Inc.

Chief Photographer
Brandy Strain has contributed her talents as an award-winning photographer to the pages of Women's Inc. Each month, Brandy brings the Women's Inc. vision to life at Strain Photography studio in Conway. Brandy's expertise cannot be overlooked in Women's Inc. creating beautiful magazine covers and pages after page of professional photographs.

Food Editor
Chef Jill McCollum, CC is the Caterer and Food Service Director for Central Baptist College in Conway. Jill is Women's Inc. chief food contributor and creates new tasty and healthy recipes each month for Women's Inc.

Contributing Writers
Rebecca Brockman is an on the go journalist at The Daily Record newspaper in Little Rock, Arkansas. Originally from Colorado, Rebecca now calls Central Arkansas home. She is happily married to Parish Brockman, owner of WJP Brockman, LLC. Rebecca graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2005 with a degree in Journalism (emphasis in advertising and public relations) and a minor in communications.

Rachel Parker Dickerson of Conway is a freelance journalist covering the central Arkansas area. Her popular column, "Rachel's Rumors" provides the latest information about local business each Sunday in the Log Cabin Democrat. Rachel is married to Jason Dickerson.

Melissa Dunbar-Gates of Today's THV Channel 11 out of Little Rock is making a career as on on-air personality covering news in central Arkansas in front of the camera. Melissa brings her in-depth reporting to Women's Inc. to cover issues of importance to central Arkansas women. Melissa is married to Jamie Gates of the Conway Development Corporation and resides in Conway.

Gayla Grace is a wife and mother to five children in her blended family. Gayla has a Master's degree in Psychology/Counseling and is a resident of Conway.

Becky Harris is a native of Stuttgart who attended Hendrix College, Memphis State and Abilene Christian University. She has worked as an editor at newspapers in Tennessee, Texas and Arkansas, most recently as city editor of the Log Cabin Democrat. She is a retired director of development at Independent Living Services. She has two sons, Jim Rhodes of Conway and Jon Rhodes of Hot Springs. Jim and his wife Michelle have a daughter, Kendall Faith.

Valerie Henderson is a wife and mother of three children in her blended family. She is a former elementary school teacher and is now a stay-at-home mom as well as works from home as a medical transcriptionist part-time. Valerie is a lifelong resident of Conway.

Angie Howard is a wife and mother of three. She is recycling coordinator for the city of Conway and the Faulkner County Solid Waste District. She is also is the information education specialist for the Faulkner County Conservation District and the executive coordinator of the Keep Faulkner County Beautiful Organization.

Dr. Patricia Knott is a graduate of LSU Medical School in New Orleans and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She serves as the Medical Director for Conway Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.

Andrea Lennon lives in Conway, Arkansas with her husband, Jay, and sons Jake and Andrew. Andrea ministers to the women of Arkansas through a speaking and writing ministry called True Vine Ministry.

Susan Fruits O'Keefe is a Kentucky native, although she now calls Arkansas home. While working as a TV journalist, she interviewed her husband Jack when he was playing in a professional golf tournament. Two moves and four kids later, they couple now resides in Conway where Jack works as the UCA Assistant Men's Golf Coach. Susan enjoys teaching group exercise classes as well as coaching the UCA Honeybears Dance Team.

Jennifer Stanley is a wife and mother of three and is a Conway resident. She has a BA in Technical Writing and English from UALR.

Linda Tucker is a financial specialist with Family Service Agency - Consumer Credit Counseling Service.
