“Education is key” they would repeat, each time with a little more conviction.
Grocery shopping will be an easier experience and you will likely bring home healthier foods if you start with a healthy grocery shopping list. With a list in hand, you won’t be as likely to wander the junk food aisles and make impulse purchases.

The word “Pilates” conjures images of Hollywood-types in their pricey athletic-wear, sipping bottled-water; however, Pilates of Central Arkansas is debunking that myth by offering classes in a relaxed atmosphere in downtown Conway.
Pilates of Central Arkansas is owned by Elizabeth Grant, a Registered Nurse who lives in Greenbrier and who remains employed by Baptist Health as a part-time clinical instructor. She states that “between Pilates and Baptist, I work six days a week!”
I will be the first to admit that it is easy to utilize earthly things in order to gain health and beauty in our lives. Think about it: We are surrounded by products and procedures that promise to lift, remove, tighten, reduce, and redefine areas from head to toe. I began running track and cross-country as a teenager in high school. My older sister was an exceptional athlete and I always wanted to keep up with her. I have fond memories of running the mile relay together, passing the baton to her as she began the final lap. Running started an exercise routine for me that has continued through adulthood.
She sat in her wheelchair, frail, hunched over, and moaning in pain. She is 82 years old and has recently suffered a bout of pneumonia. The lingering cough had been almost as bad as the pneumonia itself. One massive spasm of coughing had produced a sudden severe pain in her lumbar spine. X-rays revealed a compression fracture.
