When Marlene King’s two dogs fought over a bone one night, she had to rush her eldest pet, 14-year-old cocker spaniel “Toby” to the veterinary emergency hospital. She knew that Toby would have to have a few stitches for the bite wounds on his face, but she was shocked when the emergency veterinarian was more concerned about the severity of Toby’s dental disease.
Three months into the new year and resolution makers are resolving not to participate in such trivial nonsense next year! By March, the newness has worn thin. What was once an exciting challenge is now a pain in the neck and encouraging texts from friends are few and far between!
When Chris and Ann Martin opened Ann’s Trendy Kidz in downtown Conway, they wanted to be certain they were offering something unique.
The couple opened the store in July. They carry clothing for newborn to size 16 in girls and newborn to size 7 in boys. The store offers accessories, bedding, embroidery, and custom items.
