Caesar Salad

1 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 eggs
Salt and ground pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Blend all ingredients in food processor for 10-15 seconds. Wash and chop two heads of Romaine lettuce. Toss salad until greens are coated with dressing. Serve on chilled plates.
