Nominate a woman to be recognized in the Women’s Inc. 10 Women to Watch in 2010
Women’s Inc. magazine: By women, For Women, About Women in Central Arkansas, is looking for 10 women in Faulkner County who have made a significant impact in their profession, serve the community, and demonstrate characteristics that enable them to become leaders.

Who is Eligible?
• Women who live in Faulkner County.
• Women who have demonstrated outstanding ability to serve the public and the community.
• Women who have made unique contributions to their professions and to Faulkner County.
Note: Employees and immediate family members of Log Cabin Democrat and Women’s Inc. are not eligible for nomination.

Nomination Procedure
Submit your nominee's name, contact information, and brief description of the nominee'squalifications to: 10towatch@womensinc.net
The nominee is notified and asked to complete a short questionnaire providing details which demonstrate how the nominee has met each of the award criteria.

Timeline
Nominations are welcome anytime throughout the year. Nominations must be in by 5 p.m. Fri, July 24, 2009 to be considered as one of the Ten to Watch in 2010. Winners will be recognized in the September issue of Women’s Inc. that publishes August 28.

Selection Criteria
Nominees will be considered by these criteria:
• Demonstration of leadership
• Public or community service
• Led workplace improvements
• Contribution to her profession
• Creation and implementation of unique initiatives in the workplace or community
• Mentoring others
