Lots to love in wedding issue

Each year a portion of our March issue is devoted to weddings. This special section contains a love story from Conway to India, a wedding services directory, ways to recycle old bridesmaid dresses, Bridal 101: Conway’s guide to all things wedding, merging your money when you marry, luminous skin for that special day, and relationship tips from our experts.
Courtney and Nik Meena met in medical school, the emergency room to be precise. Courtney from Conway, and Nik from Jaipur, India, this couple credits the medical field as their “matchmaker.” After their engagement, they decided to have a traditional Christian wedding in Arkansas and a second ceremony in India. With nearly 1,000 guests between the two weddings, Courtney and Nik had a very special wedding celebration with family and friends from Arkansas to India. Thank you, Meenas, for sharing your story and wedding photos with us! Congratulations to you both.
Our Bridal 101 section really shows that you can get everything you need for your wedding from start to finish right here in Conway. From the ring to the dress, the shoes, invitations, flowers, the cake, and the perfect reception location, Conway really does have it all. This guide gives you listings of just where to go for all of your wedding needs.
Some of our regular features in this issue include our food feature, downtown feature, book review, and of course, our events section.
Ann’s Trendy Kidz in Downtown Conway has just been open since early fall of this year, but you would never know it when you walk in the front door. The store is packed full of great merchandise with the appearance of being well established downtown for years. This children’s store has everything, including clothing for all sizes from baby on up, shoes, furniture, bedding, accessories, and much more. One stop in this store and you will have a new favorite children’s store. They also offer a baby registry for expecting moms and a birthday registry for kids.
New in this issue: We will be offering a new special pet health and wellness page each month in the magazine. We will be partnering with local veterinary clinics to get you the latest information to help keep your pet healthy, safe, and happy for years to come. A special thank you to Chris Quinn for making this partnership happen. Not only is she one of our sales representatives for Women’s Inc., but she is a long-time animal welfare advocate and pet lover.
