Viki Teague, proprietor of The Shops @ 1015 Oak, has started a new chapter in her life, and she wants to help other women realize they can do the same thing.
The store offers a variety of one-of-a-kind items, including antiques, furniture, clothing, jewelry, and art. Teague explained how she came into the business.
“I had a lot of experience in several businesses in Conway and had retired about 10 years ago. I did the grandmother thing a short while, but always dabbled in art, fabric, color. That stayed with me. I grew up at my grandmother’s feet learning about sewing.”
